Buying from Experia is easy!
You can either buy our sensory products online or set up a credit account. We provide a free demonstration and sensory room design service anywhere in the UK and Ireland. Call us now to arrange a visit or to discuss further. A DVD showcasing some of the best sensory and multi sensory rooms around is also available free of charge.

Payment
Payment can be made in a number of ways.
1. By using our online shopping facility – credit or debit card required.
2. Send a cheque to us for the full value including VAT
3. Apply for a 30 day credit account (you must be a UK establishment)
Prices
All prices exclude vat at the applicable rate. We reserve the right to change prices without notice although we will let you know when ordering.
VAT
Some items provided by us may be vat zero rated for certain individuals or groups. Please click here for a VAT exemption form.
A VAT exemption form must be received by ourselves when ordering.
We reserve the right to reclaim any VAT that is falsely claimed.
Delivery
We hold a large stock of products however please allow 28 days for delivery.
Any items damaged in transit must be notified to us in writing within 3 days.
Delivery Charges (UK only) are based on the value of your order:
Under £500 - £21.00
Over £500 up to £1000 - £35.00
Over £1000 - £70.00
All deliveries are made by courier and must be signed for.
The delivery quoted is for UK Mainland Only. For delivery outside the UK mainland we may need to contact you for additional shipping charges. For more info contact us on 0845 644 0977.
Returns
If for any reason you would like to return a product, please contact us first on 0845 644 0977 to request a returns number.
Unfortunately we cannot accept any return without this number.
All products returned must be in a sellable condition and include original packaging. The cost of sending the product back to us must be covered by the customer.
We charge a 20% handling fee for all returns.
Guarantee
All products manufactured by ourselves are backed with a two year guarantee. All other items carry a manufacturers 1 year guarantee.
All guarantees are collect and return.
If your product needs to be returned to our factory we will arrange collection of the item and return it to you when repaired, all we ask is you pack the product securely.
