Service and Maintenance for Sensory Rooms and Equipment

We know when it comes to buying a new sensory room you want to be sure you have great equipment but how often is the customer support an after thought.

Here at Experia we are proud of a customer support, service and maintenance contract and believe we supply by far the best back up service in the sector.

And because we strongly believe in our support, our products are designed around this ethos. For example ALL our bubble tubes feature a unique drain which allows the bubble tube to empty itself making this 6 weekly essential maintenance easy.

We ensure all our products are designed to be easily serviceable and should the worst happen our equipment can be connected to our engineers laptop for diagnostics even before the cover is opened.

We love servicing and maintenance and are happy to service any room regardless of who installed it.

Little TLC Goes A Long Way

Regular maintenance will help prolong the life of your equipment and keep it at its best. From keeping colours bright and vivid to ensuring cleanliness and safety, our maintenance contracts mean your equipment will still have the ‘wow’ factor for years (and years!) to come.

This includes:

  • Cleaning projectors lenses both inside and out to make lights brighter and effects clearer

  • Cleaning fans to remove ventilation obstructions that reduce airflow, prolonging lamp and component life and extending the life of the product

  • Deep cleaning and sanitising soft play areas to remove the bacteria that will develop over time

  • Changing bubble tube water to prevent the build up of bacteria and remove potential air pipe blockages that can damage tubes irreparably

Experia offers the most comprehensive maintenance contract available. A 30 point checklist is completed on every room to ensure your sensory room is up to the highest standard.

  • 1 year maintenance – including 3 service visits – costs £1,298.00

On each service visit, your room will be generally cleaned, soft play sanitised, bubbles tube water emptied and tubes refilled, all electrical items checked and fans dusted/cleaned. Any faults/problems reported to us prior to our arrival on site will be resolved where possible.

Following a visit from one of our service engineers you will receive a full report detailing the work completed and any recommendations more akin to that provided by car sevice departments.

If you want to keep your sensory area in tip top condition we also recommend establishing a weekly and monthly maintenance checklist and a remedial list available for your team to note any faults.
