Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY:

We hold a large stock of products. If the product you requet is in stock it will be dispatched within 48 hours.

However most items we sell are handmade to order by our expert tradesmen at our onsite factory in South Yorkshire so the dispatch date will be 4-6 weeks depending on the size and specifications of your order.

The delivery date will be confirmed upon receipt of the order.

Delivery Charges (UK only) are based on the value of your order:

Up to £50 - £5.00

From £50 to £100 - £10.00

From £100 - £500 - £21.00

From £500 - £1000 - £35.00

Over £1000 - £1999 - £70.00

Over £2000 - FREE

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS:

If for any reason you would like to return a product, please contact us first to request a returns number. You can do this by clicking here and filing in the online form. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns without this number. Any items damaged in transit must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of delivery.

All products returned must be in a sellable condition and include original packaging. The cost of sending the product back to us must be covered by the customer.
