We are delighted to have designed and installed this fantastic Multisensory Interactive Learning Environment at Millstead School, which was featured on ITV. The room was opened by 10-times Paralympic gold medallist Lee Pearson who has represented para-equestrianism in 4 games. The new multi-sensory room for young people with disabilities and learning difficulties in located in Liverpool and is part of a pledge to build 12 rooms like it in the UK by 2016.
Chris Tarrant OBE gets to grips with our equipment
Experia has been working with the Lords Taverners Charity for a number of years now in partnership to provide sensory equipment for people with special needs. The charity helps disadvantaged individuals who, without their help, wouldn’t be able to have the multisensory equipment which makes such a difference to their lives. We had an amazing day fundraising at the annual Lords Taverners Founders Day celebrity cricket match at Lords Cricket Ground in August! We heard some heartwarming stories about the impact our products have on people's lives. Chris Tarrant OBE who is heavily involved in fundraising for the charity had a demonstration of the capabilities of our iRiS Interactive Wireless Controller range.
