Payment

Payment can be made in a number of ways.

1. By using our online shopping facility – credit or debit card required.
2. Send a cheque to us for the full value including VAT
3. Apply for a 30 day credit account

Prices

All prices exclude vat at the applicable rate. We reserve the right to change prices without notice although we will let you know when ordering.

VAT

Some items provided by us may be vat zero rated for certain individuals or groups. Please read below to find out if you are applicable.

A VAT exemption form must be received by ourselves when ordering.
We reserve the right to reclaim VAT is falsely claimed.

Delivery

We hold a large stock of products however please allow 28 days for delivery.
Any items damaged in transit must be notified to us in writing within 3 days.

Guarantee

All products manufactured by ourselves are backed with a two year guarantee. All other items carry a manufacturers 1 year guarantee.

All guarantees are collect and return.

If your product needs to be returned to our factory we will arrange collection of the item and return it to you when repaired, all we ask is you pack the product securely.

If in the unlikely event any product purchased from ourselves develops a fault please contact us on or email where our technical team will assist.
